PCs do suck, honest. No really. Please, help me keep my faith.

The wifi card for my Libretto arrived today. I plugged it in, expecting hours of pain to get it working followed by intermittent random brokenness for the rest of eternity, but it Just Worked. The machine bleeped and lights started flashing and it got an IP address and started nattering to the rest of the world and everything.

This isn't meant to happen. PC shitboxes aren't meant to Just Work. I may have to rethink some of my blind prejudices if this keeps up.

Someone, please tell me tales of PC woe and remind me of just how sucky PCs are and how wonderful Macs and Suns and VAXen and things are.
