Whisky icecream

  • 12 fl oz double cream
  • 8 fl oz milk
  • 1.5 fl oz Glenlivet
  • three heaped spoonfuls of sugar

Mix. Put in freezer. Wait until half frozen. Stir. Put back in freezer. Wait. Eat. Yum yum.

What are these "fl oz" that you talk of? Is it possible to have non-mediaeval units that most of the world's population can understand...

As someone pointed out what size are the spoonfuls of sugar?

Really how do you expect anyone to make this work..? ;-)

Anyhow I'm glad you like it, making ice-cream with booze in is a pain and I'm glad yours worked.
